About the Script
We want to get the Socail within 2 minutes or hang up, so your lead % stays above 50%. You'll find the SS# with this Script within 90 seconds, if they won't give it, hang up. If they do- you have a sale. Make a friend with them at the end of the call once they enroll. It's a numbers game. Spend your time on the people who buy.
Leads
On the first call- get the Social. If you have to call them back- Call them back up to 5 times, then throw the lead away. I don't throw a lead away till they say no, but in AEP we're all about those who want to move forward. If it's slow- save your leads and contact them daily till they tell you know or the buy.

- Make the script your own, but stick to this script until you get the social. After you get the social- make a friend, enroll them, give them your contact info, get a referral, cool them down for 1-2 minutes and thank them and move on to the next call.
- Let them know you'll send them an email with your info and in 10 days they'll need to send some documents back to you for you to upload to CMS. it's simple.
